Over the next 8 weeks, I will be helping you become an expert in counting calories and understanding your macros, add strength and muscle to your physique, and find a routine for optimal fat loss.

For the next 8 weeks, you’ll fuel your body with a flexible nutrition plan built on protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

The nutrition plan will be created based on the foods that you want to eat with the ability to include a variety of foods in your diet.

I will calculate all of your calories and macros to help with your muscle growth and your recovery between workouts.

I have created and used many programs over the course of a few years of training which helped me achieve a pro card among other titles.

The training strategies and workouts within have been tested and perfected on my clients around the world, and on my own physique.

You’ll get access to workouts on the training page found in the MEMBERS AREA and I’ll be adding to it weekly.

You’ll be provided with short HIIT cardio sessions to choose from if you wanted to do extra work— this will also include rest days.
