INTRODUCTION

Many people who try to transform their bodies never make it to a point they can feel truly satisfied about. Sticking to a program aimed at fat loss is no easy feat. Even the best-laid plans can get derailed by life: work, family, sick days, vacation, and all the hurdles that pop up, planned and unplanned.

I get it: You can't control everything. But you can give yourself a huge head start by committing to this program that:

NUTRITION

For the next 12 weeks, you'll fuel your gains with a flexible nutrition plan built on protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Eat clean, stay consistent, and shred like crazy!

Like the training plan, the nutrition plan for the AM SHRED will provide a little more variety in your diet. You'll be able to eat healthy fats, fruit, and even some dairy. This variety is included to fuel your muscle growth and help you recover between workouts.

That said, you should approach your nutrition during this shred plan the same way you approach your training or anything else. True growth isn't 30 percent training, 30 percent nutrition, and so on. It's 100 percent training, 100 percent motivation, 100 percent effort—and 100 percent nutrition.

You'll get to see what I eat on a daily basis once you begin the program, but you'll still have a fair amount of work to do in the kitchen. Get a food scale if you don't have one, make sure you're up on the basics of how to calculate your macros, and get ready to become a master of nutrition.

TRAINING

I built the AM SHRED PROGRAM over the course of a few years of training which helped me achieve a pro card among other titles. The training strategies and workouts within have been tested and perfected on my clients around the world, and on my own physique.

If you know me, you know that my approach to training is as much mental as physical. I will reveal your limits and push you beyond them. You'll experience a transformation that no mirror can fully capture—but have no doubt; what you see will change dramatically.

You'll get a workout on each and every training day page, so you'll encounter most of the specifics as you go through the program.

WHAT ABOUT CARDIO?
High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, can help maximize fat loss with a minimum of muscle loss. In fact, it can even help add extra muscle.

You'll be provided with short HIIT cardio sessions to choose from if you wanted to do extra work— this will also include rest days.

SUPPLEMENTS
